7:30 - 9:50 pm Darren Wilson – Why now the time to prepare for the end of the Real Estate Cycle
With Real Estate and Stock Markets on a seemingly upending upward trajectory what does history tell us about this? Darren J Wilson - Editor-in-chief for Property Sharemarket Economics may have some clues for us.
Understanding the 18.6-year cycle is vital to your financial future. All the major booms and crashes in the stock market and property markets, bar none, have been caused by the cycle. In tonight's presentation, we shall look at precisely why the PSE team is beginning to guide and explain to our members that now is the time to prepare for GFC 2.0, or what we label the end of the 18.6-year Real Estate Cycle.
It will cover why we believe this is the case based on our unique research centred on the 200-year history of the real estate cycle in the US, and the immense personal benefit it will be for you to also have this knowledge.
About Darren J Wilson
PSE's editor in chief and creator of the weekly Property Cycle Investor free newsletter and monthly Boom Bust Bulletin subscription, Darren has been with PSE since almost its beginning in 2019.
Darren is also the former Australian Technical Analysts Association (ATAA) ACT Chapter President, investor and trader using his knowledge of the 18.6-year Real Estate Cycle in markets.
Since 2013, when he first became aware of Phil Anderson's work on real estate cycles, Darren has been a devout follower, subscriber, and now active contributor to Phil’s further studies in this area. A previous career in the Federal public service has given him a unique perspective on how the government thinks and allowed this perspective to better fine tune long term investments by seeking the best companies that benefit the most from government granted licenses.
Darren has made it a personal mission to dedicate his life to this research and how best to help others develop their own investment and trading plans to benefit themselves and their family. But like our membership, he is also a keen student of the work of our fellow educators and committed to immersing himself in their work as well. Darren is a technical stock researcher on behalf of the Oakleigh 18.6 Strategic Investment Portfolio; an investment solution
