Campbell Sallabank - Campbell began his career at Ford Australia before moving to Europe, consulting for France Telecom, Norsk Hydro, and Nortel. Returning home, he founded Communications Magic, scaling it to 120+ staff across three states and selling it into ASX-listed BSA Ltd.
He helped launch ISP Hotkey, serving as COO and later CEO after its sale to Primus, growing it into Australia’s 5th largest ISP. He then led iPrimus, managing a $140m portfolio including AOL7, Planet Domain, and Eclipse Corporate Data, later expanding to group strategy and product for the $400m Primus Group. As CEO of LinkMe, he built the career platform to 1 million members with Telstra and Morgan & Banks Investments before its integration into LiveHire.
Today, Campbell is Managing Director of XSallarate, driving growth, capital raising, and M&A across sectors. Through XSallarate Investments, he has backed ventures including NewGen Families, Taskforce, Pet Lovers Club, Local Pegs, CosmeticsNow, BuildXACT, PropertyMate, and Medical First. He holds a BE from the University of Melbourne, an MBA, and is a graduate of the AICD.
